These terms apply to the use of the Retreat Drone Services website and any services provided. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
Website content
The content on this site is provided for information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it will always be current or error-free.
Bookings and quotations
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the scope and any applicable deposit has been received.
Delivery of work
Estimated delivery times are agreed on a per-project basis. Aerial work is subject to weather, airspace restrictions and safety considerations. We will always reschedule where flying safely is not possible.
Ownership & usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered footage and stills are licensed for the client's own use. Retreat Drone Services retains the right to use anonymised excerpts in its own portfolio and marketing.
Liability
We are fully insured. Our liability under any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
